Performance & Impact Metrics

For each fund or strategy, we track and report:

Financial: Internal rate of return (IRR), cash-on-cash return, distribution yield, and capital-at-risk.
Environmental: Annual CO₂ equivalent avoided, MWh of clean energy generated, and renewable capacity added.
Social & Governance: Local employment, community investment, and governance practices across portfolio companies.

These metrics are provided to investors through regular performance reports and an online portal that offers real-time or near-real-time dashboards.

Our investment committee evaluates opportunities against a set of strict criteria. Only projects that satisfy these criteria are advanced to closing and subsequent monitoring.
